August is Physical Fitness Awareness Month. Join us on August 14 at the Rec Center Track for some fun activities. There will also be prize winning competitions.

August 1 – September 30– Staff Employee Performance Appraisals (link)

August 5 -August 7 – Join us for a Covia Health’s Mobile Wellness Day. We’ll have an on-site, state of the art 3D Mammography and Bone Density screenings for zero out-of-pocket cost. 9am – 4pm put side of the Student Life Center. Call Libby Mondello for more information: 832-476-9660 ext 123.

July 15th and July 22 – Join us for a lunch and learn session by Covia Health. Learn more about the mobile clinic that will be on our campus and how you might quality for a free 3D mammogram and bone density scan. Lunch and learn participants are also entered to win a FitBit.

July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. All month we will be sharing excellent resources and providing a lunch and learn session.
