Mr. Dickens: I have already thanked Ms. Nesmith for her help on a project but since I was so impressed with her professionalism and efficiency I thought that it would only be correct if I alerted you to my appreciation as well. Mr. Nesmith not only provided me with the list but it was sorted, each area was totaled and each division was appropriately labeled. Now this type of efficiency may be common practice but in my experience the process has never been that seamless or as proficiently executed.
