I will like to commend on the great job that Ms. Marie Henry is doing, sometimes we failed to recognize the fantastic job that some people are doing, they go beyond the call of duty to make others look great AND not to get into trouble. Since I started the summer program Ms. Henry has been a great asset to your office by helping me and others out and even sending reminders so that we can meet the deadlines. To some of us, we are so busy with a lot of to do lists and we never can catch up, as a result, I am very grateful and appreciate what she has done not only to me and other Professors as well. I just will like you to know and for me to show my sincere gratitude for what she is doing.

Hello Ms. Henry: I just wanted to let you know that it was truly a pleasure meeting you on yesterday. I enjoyed talking with you and discussing my goals and future aspirations. I also would like to personally thank you for ministering to me. I am forever grateful to have met you, as you were very knowledgeable, honest and of course had a great sense of humor too.

Good Morning to the best HR and Payroll staff on the planet, I really appreciate the massage for Employee Appreciation day. FANTABULOUS idea!!! Also, thank you for even taking the time and effort to celebrate the employees here at TSU.

TSU has an effective Workers’ Compensation claims administration program that reports timely and provides all of the requested information to assist in processing the claim. Keep up the great work!

Mrs. Le: I Sincerely Appreciate your expert assistance, professionalism And Service this Fall 2013 Semester. Your promptness in returning telephone calls is commendable and you are indeed a valuable asset to the Human Resources Department at Texas Southern University. Thank You for your patience and your cooperative posture to work with my often changing time schedule.

Hey Pat: I wanted to take a moment to say how much I value working with you. I want you to know that I’m only able to do what *I* do because you train me one issue at a time. You’re an impressive walking knowledge base. I’m not the easiest person to work with but, boy, you are. Thank you for having me here.

Ms. Le: It was a pleasure working with you to complete the leave and return process! I truly thank you for your skill and professionalism; and mostly for the genuine concern you showed during my illness.

Mr. Dickens: I have worked for many companies and institutions for the past 35 years. I am a 2 time graduate of Texas Southern University completing my BS and MS. It great to see the professionalism I received from the institution for which I graduated. Only a few HR representatives have been able to explain benefits packages the way Ms. Le explained them to me…She was thorough with her explanations and very considerate of me while I asked many questions…I am thankful and appreciative of Ms. Le and your team’s professionalism.

Ms. David: I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I received by your representative, Ms. Van Le. Her professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to my complete recovery. Having Ms. Le as my TSU representative gave me one less concern. I felt that Ms. Le was very sensitive to my needs and provided the quickest and most convenient solution to my problems and she handled my issues as if they were her own…I am completely satisfied.

Mr. Dickens: I have already thanked Ms. Nesmith for her help on a project but since I was so impressed with her professionalism and efficiency I thought that it would only be correct if I alerted you to my appreciation as well. As you may know, I am currently working on the 2013 Faculty and Staff Campaign. I asked Ms. Nesmith for her assistance…to have a complete list of all full-time employees. Mr. Nesmith not only provided me with the list but it was sorted, each area was totaled and each division was appropriately labeled. Now this type of efficiency may be common practice but in my experience the process has never been that seamless or as proficiently executed. I really wanted you to know that I was also very impressed with Ms. Nesmith’s attitude and willingness to help. I hope that you have already recognized her as a great asset and shining star in your area.

I want to use this opportunity to let you know that you made a great decision when you hired Ms. Van Le to handle TSU retirement and insurance issues. She worked with me and the other retirees so well that none of us experienced any delay in the receiving of our benefits; she has the knowledge needed. THANK YOU.
